With the knee support (REF.991), the use of elastomers in different compression structure protects ligamentous and muscular structures from deficiencies while maintaining the elasticity for movement. 

Compression and elastomers act where needed. Specifically, zone that wraps the kneecap is designed to offer the suitable mix that allows it to 'act' but without loading.
